Dues & Refund Policy

Initiation is a one-time fee, payable on admission: Gold $20,000, Platinum $25,000, Black $50,000. It secures your place and the year's allocations.

Monthly dues are quoted in writing at committee review, scale by membership level, and are billed monthly in advance to the payment method held on file. Dues cover concierge staffing and membership administration; they do not cover partner charges or consumption.

Consumption, reservations, and partner charges post to your house account during the month and settle on one statement, due on receipt. Statements not settled within thirty days may suspend access until cleared.

Initiation is refundable in full if you withdraw within seven days of admission and before using any membership benefit. After that point initiation is non-refundable.

Dues already billed are non-refundable. On resignation, dues stop at the end of the notice period and no further dues are charged.

Unused Marquee Experiences, event seats, and nominations carry no cash value and are not refundable.

If we cancel a Marquee Experience or event we have confirmed to you, the allocation is restored or a comparable experience is offered. If we end your membership other than for cause, unused dues are pro-rated and returned.

Amounts are in US dollars and exclusive of applicable taxes and gratuities. Query a charge within sixty days by writing to info@liaize.com; disputed items are held while reviewed.
