Terms of Use

The public site may be used by anyone of legal age to enter a contract in their jurisdiction. The members' application is available only to members in good standing, and accounts are opened by single-use invitation issued after membership committee approval.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or assigned.

Submitting a membership request creates no membership, no account, and no obligation on either side. Requests are reviewed by the membership committee, whose decisions are final and need not be explained.

No payment is collected at the request stage.

Member content — including inventory, invitations, events, other members' names, and photography delivered in the application — is confidential and may not be published, forwarded, screenshotted for distribution, or shared outside the membership.

You agree not to probe, scrape, or interfere with the service, and not to use it to harass any member, guest, partner, or member of staff.

Experiences, reservations, and allocations are fulfilled with independent partners. Availability is finite and time-limited, and a listed allocation is an invitation to request rather than a guarantee of supply.

Partner marks are used with permission and remain the property of their owners.

We may suspend or end access for conduct that endangers members, guests, staff, or partner relationships, for non-payment, or for breach of these terms or the Membership Agreement.

The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the initiation and dues paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Cook or DuPage County, Illinois.
