Membership Agreement

Membership is granted by the membership committee, by invitation or nomination, and is personal and non-transferable. An account is opened only with a single-use invitation code issued after approval.

Membership levels are Gold, Platinum, and Black. Initiation is paid once, in advance of activation.

Access to the partner portfolio and its perishable allocations, reservations at Clayton and partner venues, concierge service at the level of your tier, Marquee Experiences at your annual allocation, member evenings with your guest allowance, and nominations at your annual allocation — Gold four, Platinum seven, Black ten.

Allocations are annual, are not cumulative, and do not carry into the following membership year.

You are responsible for your guests, including their conduct and their charges. Members and guests observe the discretion of the house: no photography of other members without consent, and no publication of anything seen inside the membership.

Charges post to your house account and settle on a single monthly statement. A payment method is held on file for settlement. There is no payment moment at the table.

Membership runs for twelve months from activation and renews annually unless resigned in writing at least thirty days before the renewal date. Initiation is not repeated on renewal.

The committee may suspend or expel for non-payment, for conduct that endangers members, guests, staff, or partner relationships, or for breach of confidentiality. Unused allocations are forfeit on expulsion.
