Privacy Policy

Membership requests: full name, email, mobile number, home address, city, sponsor or referral, and any note you provide.

Members: membership level and standing, your dossier preferences (drink, cigar, seating, dietary notes and allergies, vehicle, anniversary), reservations, event responses, nominations you make, partner allocations you claim, concierge messages, house account charges, and arrival records where you have enabled arrival notification.

Technical: authentication records and basic security logs. We do not run advertising trackers.

To assess membership requests, to open and secure accounts, to prepare service to your stated preferences, to arrange partner experiences, to bill the house account, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

LIAIZE staff and the membership committee, on a need-to-know basis. Venue staff receive only what is required to serve you.

Partners receive the minimum required to fulfil a specific experience you have requested — typically a name and the booking detail.

There is no public member directory. Other members can see you only where visibility is enabled by both parties. Arrival notification and member visibility are opt-in and can be switched off at any time in your dossier.

Processors: our hosting, database, and email delivery providers, under contract.

Declined requests are retained for up to twenty-four months, then deleted. Member records are retained for the membership term and for seven years afterwards where financial records require it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and member data is access-controlled per member at the database level.

You may request a copy of your data, correction, deletion where no legal obligation requires retention, or a stop to non-essential email. Concierge and reservation confirmations are service messages and are not marketing.
